A VisualAIM platform concept representing the current lifecycle state of a Non-Conformance Record.
Within the VisualAIM platform, Non-Conformance Record Status (NCR Status) represents the current lifecycle state of an NCR as it progresses through identification, engineering review, disposition, remediation, verification and closure. Status values provide visibility into remediation progress while supporting workflow management, reporting and system integration.
NCR Status tracks the lifecycle progression of Non-Conformance Records throughout the remediation process.
The available NCR Status values are configurable to support organizational workflows while maintaining a consistent lifecycle model across the platform.
Recommendation Status describes the lifecycle of a Recommendation, whereas NCR Status describes the lifecycle of the engineering issue requiring remediation.
