Within the VisualAIM platform, Non-Conformance Record Closure (NCR Closure) represents the formal completion of a Non-Conformance Record following implementation and verification of all required engineering and maintenance activities. Closure provides the auditable endpoint of the remediation process and confirms that the identified condition has been satisfactorily resolved or otherwise dispositioned.
NCR Closure provides formal confirmation that a Non-Conformance Record has been successfully resolved and completed.
NCR Closure typically follows completion of associated Recommendations, Work Orders, engineering verification and organizational approval in accordance with the configured workflow.
NCR Closure represents the successful completion of a Non-Conformance Record, whereas Closure Verification confirms that sufficient evidence exists to support that closure.
