Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is widely used as an alternative term for Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Both describe the structured process of identifying job hazards, assessing associated risks and defining the controls necessary to perform work safely. Within this glossary, Job Hazard Analysis is treated as a redirect to the canonical Job Safety Analysis entry.
