DOC CTRL — Document Control

Definition

Document Control is the discipline responsible for creating, reviewing, approving, distributing, revising, archiving and retiring controlled documents while ensuring that only current, authorized versions are available for use. Effective document control maintains document integrity, traceability and regulatory compliance throughout an asset's lifecycle.
