QC — Quality Control

Definition

Quality Control (QC) comprises the inspection, testing, measurement and verification activities performed to confirm that products, services or completed work conform to specified quality requirements. Quality Control emphasizes defect detection by evaluating completed outputs against defined acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
